Vital Signs by award winning playwright Jane Martin is a collage of monologues about the contemporary woman in all her warmth, majesty, fear and frustration, her joy and sadness.

Jane Martin is a rare, non-pretentious yet artistically challenging playwright. The dialogue is quick, smart, crude and fall over funny. Feminine issues are explored with refreshing honesty and inclusiveness. Vital Signs is no gender-empowering secret sisterhood soapbox. The men in attendance are not required to leave their testosterone at the door. It is intended for the entire species, though (because of some mildly mature subject matter) not the entire family.
