In this Business Communications Course (BCC), you will optimise your sales and negotiations skills, learn to deal with conflicts and improve your listening skills through interactive and dynamic exercises. The focus is to provide you with effective and sustainable tools, which will help you to communicate better with your customers and clients as well as your business partners abroad.
