Pen in one hand and microphone in the other, vegetal woman and skillful lyricist PUMPKIN blurts out rhymes. With his hands on his Maschine, audacious beatmaker and loop digger Vin’S da Cuero, produces beats. Together, in 2014 they released the 4-track-vinyl Le Beau Temps , an introduction to their album, on Mentalow Music.
Peinture Fraîche [fresh paint] is the title of this venture shrouded in soft brutality, envisioned as a
duet like a poetic drive-by, in which Pumpkin sways between rap and spoken word, going over the anomalies of life over Vin’S' Electro Boom Bap productions, a subtle blend of samples and
composition.
