Hiking, meditation, yoga and breathing practices in the World Heritage vineyards in Grinzing.
According to the Vedic Scriptures nature and human being are the parts of one Totality. Being on the nature unifies all elements together and connects us to the source. The Air is the main source of energy. Breathing freely and correctly supplies a huge amount of life energy to human´s system.
Our Mindful Hiking Program combines all ancient knowledge and practices to support you in overcoming obstacles, bringing clarity, energy, peace, happiness and love into life.
Mindful Hiking unites one with the Universe and reveals new beginnings.
Hiking up the peak is an enchanting process, so is life. Sometimes it is tensed and intense but always inspiring and fascinating.
World Heritage vineyards in Grinzing are located in the 19th district in Vienna (easy access with tram 38 or bus 38A)
Programm:
10:00 – 12:00 hike with introduction to Ayurveda, walking and silent meditation
12:30 – 14:00 yoga, grounding and breathing exercises, contemplative/ reflective work
Bring: friends, yogamat, some snacks and drinks (if you wish to stay for a picnic afterwards)
The scheduled time is approximate and can slightly vary.
